What these terms cover: These are the standard conditions which apply to all interactions with our business.

These terms will inform you of what we do, how we can make the products available to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what happens if something goes wrong, and other relevant details.

How will we accept your order: The conclusion of the contract with regard to Fittora will occur when we send you an order acknowledgement to your e-mail address.
If we cannot supply the product: In the event that, after the issue of the order acknowledgement, we find that we are in a position not to supply the particular product that you ordered, you will be notified of this situation and you will not be charged for the product. This may for instance be because the product is no longer available for any reasons that we could not anticipate or because such a major drawback as the incorrect price or description of a certain product has been determined.
Your order number: An order number will be given to your order and we will communicate the order number to you on acceptance of your order. However, it is easier for us if you provide the order number every time you wish to get in touch with us about your order.

Fashion Visualisation: Fittora uses artificial intelligence to style personalised looks for clients to choose from. For your security, we employ face-swapping technology while maintaining your unique essence. All visualisations are illustrative only and may not depict the corresponding physical layout to scale.
Artisan Services: Fittora works with various skilled suppliers to offer quality.

Products may vary slightly from their pictures: Despite our best efforts to show you the colours as realistically as possible we cannot ensure that your device shows the colours of the products as closely as possible. Your product may look slightly different from those images as these products are individually hand crafted.
Making sure your measurements are accurate: Please ensure that your size and fitting is correct before placing your order.
Products supplied for private use: We only supply products for global and private use. You must not use our products for commercial or business purposes or re-sell, or offer to re-sell, the products for financial gain.

If you would like to delete, modify or change the product on your order please contact us. If it is possible we will inform you about any alteration of the price of the product or the timing of the supply or anything else which would be needed for the change and ask you if you want to proceed with the change.

Delivery costs: The delivery charges will be as listed on Fittora website/app and may differ according to the manner you select for delivery. Customers will be charged any local duties or taxes incurred at the country of destination.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control: If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

Where to find the price for the product: The price of the product will be the one shown on the order pages whilst placing the order.
We take most credit, debit as a form of payment. Payment for products as well as the delivery charges must be made in full when ordering for the products.

We may make changes to these terms: We update these terms occasionally. You hereby agree to accept whatever terms are in effect each time you plan to use our site.

We may make changes to our site: It is understood that we can revise and change our site as often as we need it due to the changes in our provided products and services, our consumers and our business plans.
